We are a modern and evidence-based concierge mobile Physical Therapy practice, providing the highest level of quality care through
one-on-one physical therapy with an individualized plan
of care for all patients.
Our mission is to help patients in the Tampa Bay area restore functionality in the comfort of their own home, to drive independence and achieve extraordinary outcomes. We offer concierge physical therapy services including phone/virtual consultations, at-home Physical Therapy sessions, Telehealth / Tele-rehabilitation services, and wellness training programs.
Meet Our Staff
Kelly Pearce Baez, PT, DPT
Dr. Kelly Pearce Baez, PT, DPT graduated from Nova Southeastern University: Dr. Pallavi Patel College of
Health Care Sciences in Tampa, FL.
Dr. Baez worked at BayCare before opening this clinic and helped patients with varying health conditions that included neurologic, pediatric, pelvic, orthopedic and
vestibular disorders.
Dr. Baez is a dedicated mother, wife and pet owner. Previous to becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy she was involved in Early Childhood Education as a teacher and Director in
Ocala and Gainesville, FL. Dr. Baez believes that education, being healthy and the development of oneself are key pillars to achieving quality of life.
Dr. Baez is also Bilingual (Spanish and English) and helped raise money and donations for a NSU pro bono physical therapy trip she attended as a DPT student in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. Dr. Baez believes in giving back to the community and helping it develop and grow in order to help all individuals and their families prosper.
Joel Baez, MBA
Joel Baez is Chief Financial Officer of Tampa Bay Physical Therapy and oversees the Company’s finance organization, which includes brand management, corporate alliances and partnerships, corporate real estate, corporate strategy and business development, enterprise controllership, enterprise technology, financial planning and analysis, labor standards, investor relations, risk management, tax.
Prior to co-founding Tampa Bay Physical Therapy, Mr. Baez was the Vice President at a global investment bank for over 10 years. Additionally, he also has been an USF corporate mentor for MUMA college of business students since 2015 to present.
Joel Baez completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at University of South Florida and earned an MBA from Saint Leo University.
